@VirginAtlantic We have also had to pay out £350 for virgins changes, and our family group, which includes a 2 year old, has been split up. We also paid for economy delight but this has been downgraded to economy on the flight home

@VirginAtlantic DZ9ZJN, D2NBBI Call operator told us the flight has been changed 15 times and now cancelled. We have ended up going to a destination we didn't want to go to, and the operator tried to charge us an extra £1300 with no apology for the changes and cancellations.

@VirginAtlantic @richardbranson shocking experience with Virgin. Booked flights April 2022, they have been changed 15 times and then cancelled without any reason or apology. 4 hours onto customer service, they wanted us to pay an extra £1300 for their cancellation.
