@MarriottBonvoy need to amend a booking but there is no UK number, had to call USA. On call for 23 mins, 10 of which I was on hold while the asst looked for a supervisor. Couldn’t hold any longer, never received a call back and so have to do it all again. Terrible service. Help!!
