@JCurveCap@boazweinstein@BlackRock The “dividend” is allocated by the fund as income, capital gains, and return of capital. There are no negative tax implications.
NY Times and WSJ articles about X..... The Stock Grants value X at 1/2 what Musk paid = what a Dumbo!
Neither article mentions that in the real world..... granting stock at a lower price gives loyal employees more upside when company successful

@stockspinoffss After the first 100 shares they are allocating additional shares based on the the proportion of their deposits to the total deposits of the subscribers who remain unfulfilled
@stockspinoffss Just reading through the final prospectus. Is the language for allocation of the Priority 1 shareholders in the event of an over subscription normal? Seems to give priority to larger depositors over people who may have been customers for decades!
4/4 PS. $6bln is the estimated value of the LA Lakers. One team in the NBA. The world golf tour (run by professional for profit management) has to be worth far more than one team in the NBA. PGA players get fair share of $$$ going forward and PIF doesn't steal your league.
@McIlroyRory@TigerWoods@chambleebrandel@PhilMickelson The PGA and DP Tours are selling to PIF at a VERY low valuation, agreeing to become a for profit organization. If PIF is investing $2bln for 33% (guess) of the combined Tours that's $6bln valuation. A better solution. 1/4
3/4 New Tour will produce far better product as a for profit organization. Players, new owners and $3bln war chest all aligned to grow the league and the sport. Just like the other professional leagues (NFL, MLB, NHL).
