Netflix pulling the plug on shows before they’re even allowed to stumble once is wild. One off-season and it’s curtains. Networks in general have zero patience now. No room to recalibrate, no room to grow! Thank God HBO gave The Wire grace after season 2. That shift from the streets to the docks threw people off at first, but imagine if they’d panicked and canceled it? We would’ve lost one of the greatest shows ever because it dared to evolve.
In 2015, Miguel uploaded a track to his soundcloud page that he recorded with a 16-year-old Blu in 1999 when he was only 14. The track is titled “U R on My Mind” and was produced by Anthony Williams. The photo was taken around Halloween in 2007. Miguel would later feature on two tracks off Blu & Exile’s legendary 2007 album ‘Below The Heavens’. Miguel is featured on “First Things First” & “Cold Hearted” under the artist name “Miguel Jontel”, which is his first and middle name.
Drew Struzan has sadly passed away at the age of 78.
He was the legendary artist that worked on posters for the original 6 ‘Star Wars’ films, ‘Back to the Future’, ‘Indiana Jones’, ‘The Thing’ & much more.
