I badly want a wealthy alumnus to donate enough money to brand the visitors tunnel as the “The Lincoln (Riley) Tunnel”
Get on this, University Relations
This is the kind of thing the NCAA can really take to Congress and say "See, this is why we need an exemption to be able to enforce our rules." And it might get more ears.
At some point I’d love the “Texas lost at Florida” narrative to be expanded to “Texas lost at Florida, then needed overtime to beat Kentucky and Mississippi State”
I get it, the Ohio State loss should almost be treated like a win. But some of Texas’ actual wins were *rough*
Every road SEC conference game is “hard”. Take Arkansas. They lost 10 games last season and went 0-8 in the conference. 6 of those conf. losses were 1-score margins and the other 2 were 2-scores. See? The conference is so hard. Of course, Notre Dame went down to Fayetteville, hung 56 on them, and beat them by 43. It would have been worse but they called off the dogs. Lol.
The SEC is a shadow of its former self. And they are in denial.
NFL cap by season 2021 ($183M) 2022 ($208M) 2023 ($225M) 2024 ($255M) 2025 ($279M) 2026 ($301M)
The cap has spiked 65% over that span.
If Jeremiyah Love is the player you believe he is, his rookie contract will be an enormous bargain by the end of it.
Alabama's athletic director believes the SEC championship game should be no more, he tells @usatodaysports. End it.

Notre Dame linebacker Jaylen Sneed turned down the transfer portal and NFL to return for a fifth season 🫡
“I just know in my heart that we have a chance at winning a national championship. That's been my ultimate goal.” ☘️
