Worst experience ever with @CIBC and their @costcocanada credit card. Hour on phone and online but they can't fix the issue saying they can't verify me. Yet they send me emails about my account. Want me to go into bank in person. Just cancel the card and be done with you people

@CIBC must be the worst experience with a Canadian bank ever. Never use this bank. All I had was a Costco Credit card (hope @costcocanada stops using them) with them and they had an error in my phone number preventing me from fixing it online Wanting me to go to branch. So Cancel
