@HullTeslaModel3@abzpaul I’m sure companies do this because the majority of people either aren’t intelligent enough to fight what they’re told, just accept it or just give up out of frustration. I’m fairly sure it’s written in their business model. How much money do you earn if you keep half or more
@QuibbleUK Complicated app signups. Visit an EV charger, needs a new app and registration, requires name/address/phone no. Then needs MFA to email, MFA to phone. Then CC number and MFA for that. Usually happens in a place with poor mobile signal and very frustrating

Also apps which need to connect to the internet before they open. Just cache all my details from the last time I opened it and just open the app and let me use it. Download any new content in the background
@QuibbleUK Luggage trolleys at airports locked like a supermarket trolley until you pay £1 or £2. They are there to help move luggage efficiently without causing issues for others, helpful when travelling with kids. They are provided free in every international airport I’ve been through.
@HullTeslaModel3 We didn’t plan well enough and the timings on the way back meant we missed the supermarkets being open. Plus a lack of space in the car meant the best we could do was a couch le of cases of £3 bottles on the ferry. Poor planning on our part!
@HullTeslaModel3 The only problem is the Lidl app when in France doesn’t allow you to change the language to English. Took me ages to work out how it worked for charging. Once I worked it out it then wanted a load of details, address etc. I gave up and paid 38c using Electroverse
