Interesting to find today that 653 AOP Squadron CO, Maj Tetley Ironside Tetley-Jones, was responsible for bringing the idea of tea bags to the UK & inherited the Tetley company aged 25. He was based at RAF Old Sarum from August 1941 & took over as 653 AOP Sqn CO in June 1942.
Today we must share some difficult news as COVID-19 continues to have a devastating impact on us & the whole charity sector. Please read the statement from @BrainTumourCEO here; https://t.co/iXsQ0MfWzV Thank you as always for all you do. #ACureCantWait
Hey all ... thought a lockdown tash may be in order to raise funds and awareness for testicular cancer, prostate cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Please donate and any sum will help towards this worthy cause :))

Shape, shadow, shine ... social distancing! IIC done .... Our awesome PIs completing their FTX phase. What a great bunch they have been and we’re very lucky to have them in our Wiltshire family. @WiltsACF @ColCadetsSW
Brain Tumour Research is our chosen charity of the year and it resonates closely with many people within Stenprop. Any donations would be greatly appreciated as we raise funds for this amazing charity - https://t.co/KTVKwxa732 @braintumourrsch
Tonight, as he left, a chap (who I don’t know) said ‘Thank you for everything you’ve done with the COVID stuff. Lovely pub, and I’ve felt completely safe tonight. Thank you.’
I can’t tell you how much those words mean. We should all do more of this #kindness#gratitude#Thanks
County Signals Officer kicking off our remote CIS Course theory (continuing through half-term) then practical when we RTT. Good luck to the cadets attending! @WiltsACF
My grandson, Logan's, last smile for me ❤ it makes me infinitely sad, mad & fills me with such love & longing that things were different & he was still here.
He died c36 hours after... they weren't easy hours - a 3 yo's heart expects to keep going for 70/80 yrs😔
This is #DIPG
Huge thanks to Captain Fishy, Admiral of The @avonaardwarks and to all who supported @braintumourrsch in the recent canoeing event raising over £2000. Well done to you all!
