@SamsungSupport @SamsungSupport The first maintenance man who came over brought an incorrect part to repair the damage and after I objected to paying his call out fee I was blacklisted. Number is 4164813592. Although my oven is out of warranty I shouldn’t be made to pay $300. It shouldn’t melt!

@SamsungSupport I set my oven to a clean cycle and it ended up melting the control panel. A customer service rep came over and said it needs replacing. However, Samsung has rejected my request to have this considered a defective product issue and I’m being asked to pay $300!!
