you've left out the most significant fact: what we in the US pay for privately, like exorbitant medical costs & medical insurance (so far as it will cover us) is "free" in Norway. indeed there are very rich citizens in Scandinavian countries even with their taxes but how rich does one need to be? would 100 million really mean more to you than 5 million? especially if so much in your country is kept spotlessly clean, beautiful gardens & parks, & over all a highly civilized culture in which half of the citizens are not actively hating the other half with daily if not hourly assists by what one-half the US calls the "pedo-in-chief."
