@EastMidRailway Can you explain what’s happening with my Delay Repay claim (EMR/DR/20251113/BCKG)? You said 06:09 Bedford–St Pancras 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 wasn’t an EMR service and passed it to SWR, but SWR obviously confirmed it was EMR and rejected.

@EastMidRailway re  EMR/DR/20251006/BDBH. I've opened a delay repay claim which has been rejected as my ticket is not spoiled. Nowhere in the process do you ask for the ticket to be spoiled.

@EastMidRailway Most people will take a photo of the ticket when creating the delay repay, as you ask (without specifying for it to be spoiled) and then throw it away. Replying 10 working days later asking for it to be spoiled seems like an underhand tactic to reduce delay repay payouts.
