@ashtroid22 Some of my best mentors are from companies or teams that are adjacent to my own as they have insight into situations, constraints and personalities. Cultivating peers as peer mentors is also invaluable!
@ashtroid22 I have had coaches, therapists and mentors, each can be useful for different purposes. For professional trajectory assessments I have found the best is mentors or peer mentorship. Coaches and therapists often miss out on professional nuances.
