@pikapies@LinkedIn Annoyingly all the social platforms seem to have done this in some way. I don't know how they've gotten away with it being opt-in by default without notifying user's of T&C's changes under GDPR.
Can't help but see the BBC devoting something like 20 times more airtime to Reform than the Greens, despite both making historic gains and new inroads, a prime example of how we got into this mess in the first place.
unfortunately the best burnout care is preventative care. have hobbies that have nothing to do with work. sleep as many hours as you can. set boundaries about when you’re willing to work and not work and be a bitch about enforcing them. those are the few things that’ve helped me!
