@MatthewStadlen @ZiaYusufUK Many salaried employees working way more than a standard working week of say 37.5 hours (say 50 hours) would be better agreeing with their employees a lower salary (saving employers national insurance also) but converting to a standard working week with 12.5 hours overtime.
