I don’t know the technical name for a #sleep scientist, but if you’re out there: Once I didn’t sleep AT ALL for 3 wks. The “switch” to get me to the other side broke, or jammed. As suddenly as this episode began, it ended. I never felt particularly bad or tired. WTH? #Insomnia
