You can make a prediction if it’s a bot or not.
Maybe use some ml, give it a text and get prediction. Some binary classification. And if probability is higher than some threshold than charge that account to post.

@elonmusk hello Elon, why don’t you just add authentication check and on that step verify human or bot account. As I remember you closed Twitter API, at least I couldn’t get API. Maybe some people have it yet. Anyways, just make some simple checks:

2. If text == other posts
3. If account not business and not blogger
4. If account has few followers, random and bots like
5. If messages was posted with minimum time range
And so on
