Every single one of these morons should never referee another football game. One bad call is understandable. There have been at least three in just the first half, one after a review. I have never been happier to be leaving a conference. @MountainWest is trash.
I’ve never been more excited to see a officiating crew making the game about them! I’ve been a part of a lot of football…..maybe the worst crew I’ve seen in a long time…sad to witness.
So proud of this Son of mine, wasn’t feeling well all week! Came out an held his own against probably the best defensive line in college football! Next season will be so much fun! @CollarBlou let’s get back in the lab, an reload!! Love u Son!!
Congrats to my boys at Boise State for making the playoffs, you beat the odds and did what had to be done, go out and give it your all.
For all the pundits, fans, AD’s and coaches complaining about it, stop. I’m not sorry it didn’t work out the way you thought it would. The powers that be looked to game the system, and it didn’t work out. The “big boy conferences” tried to build a system and make a cash grab as they always have. Like the evil step mother, everyone else had a path in “if”. Well SMU and BSU played your game, by your rules, and now we crashed the ball.
Don’t worry I get it, “drop these teams in The 10, or the SEC and they struggle to be in the top half”, you’re probably right. We don’t have decades of $10,000 recruiting hand shakes and cars and houses for parents, we don’t have the money, I’ve seen the receipts. Shit, your Conference commissioners make more than our entire athletic departments NIL.
What we do have is die hard blue collar fans, stacking their $20bills in support of a group of men, women, coaches, and players doing more with less everyday. Teams that have won at every level and continue to.
So here’s the facts: In the 10 years the CFP has been rolling the Big 3 have repped the field 67.5% of the time, the rest of the country 32.5%. This year, guess what; Big 3 66.67% and the rest 33.32%. So it looks pretty much like it always does.
Again I get it, coaches, AD’s, commissioners, pundits all gotta make noise, complaining, justify to their fans and bosses why they make so much money, and how their team/conference got screwed. But here we are, it’s Caddy day at the pool and we are gonna swim. We may be victorious, or we may fall by a 100. But this is our shot, and I’ll bet my boys don’t quit.
And don’t worry, I promise after this year a small group of coaches, ADs, commissioners, a few of the right “friends of the program”, and a couple people in suits who really don’t give a shit about you the fan, will sit around in a nice office and find away to “fix” the system again. So good luck to you and yours in 25’.
@BenScottStevens if jenty doesn’t win then I’m guessing I don’t understand what the award means. IMO not only should jenty win, I don’t see Travis as even the runner up. Check out side by side game logs, hard for me to declare a heisman for Travis with games of 5/55, 2/17, 3/26 rec yrds.
