@KLM STILL delayed at AMS. Late flight from INS to AMS. Now off the aeroplane due to a fuelling issue. Waiting at AMS. Trying to get to Rome. KL1601. We’re now going to miss all our trips arranged for today, and had to stay at a very average IBIS, not the hotel booked in Rome!
