I had horrible issues with your location in Delray Beach. Sales advisor completely misrepresented how early termination would work in order to get into a new model y. This would have been my 4th Tesla. Had me place an order and put down a deposit only to find out I couldn’t get out of my lease earlier, which was only 4 months early. Wouldn’t give back my deposit or help in any way. Tried going to the dealership to speak with a manager but none were ever available. Tried emailing the finance department only to constantly get a scripted response that didn’t address my issue. I ended up just canceling my order and losing my deposit. Very disappointed as a loyal Tesla customer for many years.
