Oh… and you can’t fit steps at the front of the aircraft because of the broken airbridge .. so everyone disembarking from the rear, on to a bus, to drive 100m to the terminal door. Why are you using the gate ? 🤦‍♂️@British_Airways

Great effort @British_Airways , 2731 lands at LHR 25 mins early, waits for assigned stand to become free (despite loads of A gates empty). Plane pushes back and we arrive on a stand with a dead airbridge.. and the steps have disappeared from 3 mins before we parked. 👏👏👏 bravo
