Customer Liaison shame on you absolutely no empathy for passengers after a cancellation and 8 hour delay they spent most of the time explaining what we cannot spend our refreshment voucher on and untimely passenger announcements , very poor.

Chelmsford City Live organisation of car parks not fit for purpose .
The problem was that there was only one exit , which was compounded by getting the buses in and out , took us 1.5 hours to get out and we left early.
Solution , get the buses lined up outside. ABSOLUTE CHAOS

Chelmsford City Racecourse is not fit for purpose , shouldn’t be allowed to hold big events like
Justin Timberlake , one way in and out to car park , we left 15 minutes early and still queued 1.5 hours to get our all compounded by buses and coaches using same exit , ridiculous
