@easyJet I’m not sure what’s happening with your (once) excellent level of service, for the 2nd flight in a row, the flight is delayed by over 1.45 hrs

The 1st delay to Geneva cost me and many others secondary transfers (€120) as we missed our original booking #nothappy 😡

@UberUKI_Support This is the number I called yesterday and the unhelpful lady said No refund, No new order and Nothing could be done. That’s why I reached out on socials. I’ll try again, if no joy I’ll contact my back to reverse the payment. I’ll also delete my Uber apps, along with my wife

@McDonaldsUK & @UberEats my son ordered from you, app said delivered, 100% not and CCTV proves it.

Phoned to complain and told no refund & no new delivery as that’s the process. This is theft and the worst service imaginable!

Who are you going to resolve?

@UberUKI_Support My son doesn’t have an Uber eats app, the food order was via the McDonalds app but you’re the 3rd party. How do we process our complaint?

@UberUKI_Support I will need to ask my son to action, unfortunately he’s home ill, I’m not home and he just wanted to order some lunch. The operator I spoke to didn’t want to help even though I have 100% proof via CCTV that no one delivered. I just wanted to get him some lunch.

@HalifaxBank @LloydsBank even though I provided 100% evidence of being ripped off when using a credit card on holiday, you’ve decided to back the vendor and not a loyal customer of 20+ years.

Disappointed & will be closing my various accounts and moving banks, all over £150 😡
