That's true aparna I faced this problem for 45 days atlast i received my baggage with open lock,the lotted my things which I brought to my family,

@airindiain @kunalkohli This is not true. My bags have been lost since 6/17. While I do not blame Air India for lost luggage. I will say customer service has been horrific. No one picks up the phone or provides me any updates. Bad job #airindiain

@airindiain @kunalkohli Better if u airindia cancel flight,I traveled from Heathrow Airport, lost baggage which I received after 45 day with opened my baggage lock, I found that my baggage missing items,the robbed my costly thing,

But air india I don't think so,they are fraud and irresponsible,my baggage missed from London I received after 1 month,baggage lock broken they robbed mu belongings in baggage, I called them tweet them no response,one of my worst life experiences with airindia

@airindiain after 1 month many calls and tweets I got my baggage with open lock,missing cloths and chocolate ect which I brought for my family,I never expected that air india staff would theft my belongings by broken my baggage lock,one of worst experience with air india.
