So @FIFAWorldCup @FIFAcom is taking money for the Team specific tickets all the way to the final. From my estimate @visa and FIFA are taking $2.7bn from fans, keeping it for 4 months. So visa gets around $250m of interest (conservative guess)for tickets never sold. #WCscandel
