@AlSweigart I’m not a programmer by trade but I’ve done lots of scripting coding in my day. Bourne Shell, Perl, VBA and other ‘real’ languages. Python has its idiosyncrasies but it’s popular for a reason. Maybe it could be changed but not with the changes you suggest. Just my 2c.

@AlSweigart 4. You already have the + operator. And list operators. F-strings open up much more powerful ways to format and substitute data in a string. Try generating a 4000 character SQL command without one.

@jackiegschafer Is there a paper or sth on how this works? How is the ownership of the wallet verified? How is the person clicking verified. Couldn’t the same have been achieved by, say, sending a code to the person’s phone? Not cynical, curious.

1. Don’t be scared of academia. It’s great.
2. You have a great skill set that’s valuable without teaching experience necessarily.
3. You just need to find a school that wants you as bad as you want them /5
