@BalsamHillUK same story as others. Ordered tree and a garland, emailed 4 days later garland out of stock. After 2 wks (their guidance as very busy) to be told they cancelled my order as out of stock too, and didn't tell me. tree still showing in stock on website !! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
@easyJet I am a long time traveler and big fan of the service. Why don’t you put a refund button in your app/website. This would alleviate pressure on the call centre and help people get what they need. Looks like a poor attempt to make it too difficult for people to get a refund
