@AmazonHelp this used to be one of the best companies in the world but the deliveries are less than the best. I never get deliveries until late into the evening or night now. I order less now and look for alternatives because its now so useless. I don't want my evening disturbed

They’re not selling “convenience”.

They’re charging a captive customer tax because you have nowhere else to go.

@All You loyalty program seems to be a bit of a con against others. If i book my staff using my account i cannot use them to get rewards. Good way to lose my business as i will be stay elsewhere from here on in.
