@HMRCcustomers That's good to know, it's been 4 weeks and I am paid weekly, they were not aware of the tax code change a week ago, I'm on 40 minute hold with HMRC not good customer service.
@BritishGasHelp Hi Farhana, I will do that - basically your colleagues have told my mum it isn't there problem but now in the hands of your sub contractor Dyno Rod.
I appreciate your help as she does pay for this service.

@TVNaga01 heard you speaking about small talk on @bbc5live - here's a starter, never work a room always talk to 'people' importantly listen to them and ask them easy and non threatening questions rather than tell them about yourself.

@KirkleesCouncil No problem, I was trying to get help on a Wednesday between 1pm and 3pm.
I have basically taken screenshots as you don't provide any logical possibility for anyone to effectively print Council Tax bills.
@KirkleesCouncil Hopefully I've worked around this now, this information should be added to the on-screen details.
Better still if people can click a button that says Online Help or Chat then someone should be there to respond.
