@T4MASS Despite my support for it, we can't seriously discuss it for MA until public transportation is frequent, reliable, pervasive, and affordable -- which is the case in other places that have successfully implemented congestion pricing.

@linakhanFTC @FTC Suggest you go after Ticketmaster (aka Ripoffmaster). They have a near monopoly on the market and charge egregious fees of 30-40% on top of the ticket price. And consumers have no alternative. Way worse than the tech folks you're targeting.
@cdempc Newton Center. Remove that awful, 60s-era parking lot off Beacon St., change the traffic pattern, and make the area much more bucolic, and pedestrian and bicycle friendly.

On the @MBTA for the first time in ages. If I was a visitor I'd be lost -- the digital display of upcoming stations isn't working and neither is the auto voice. Occasional unintelligible announcements from the operator, interspersed with his two-way radio circa 1910
