Last night, you released documents proving the CCP stole 220 million American voter files — and that our own intelligence agencies covered it up.

There's one more file that belongs in that release: Konnech.

Eugene Yu — a Chinese-born man who worked for the CCP — runs election administration software across LA, San Francisco, Detroit, and two dozen of America's largest counties.

He registered two Chinese company websites — https://t.co/p2exEJPTB8 and https://t.co/baUz3Kn9wb — using his Konnech email address.

https://t.co/VpaHOHbq26 praised "Comrade Jiang Zemin," declared the company puts "political tasks first," and bragged — in Chinese — about running both China's National People's Congress elections and Detroit's elections.

https://t.co/jm2ZzzzFMh is partnered with China's National People's Congress, Huawei, China Telecom, China Unicom, and China Mobile — all U.S.-designated national security threats.

Yu's Chinese company, Jinhua Yulian Network, was accepted into the Chinese Academy of Sciences Jinhua Science and Technology Park on January 25, 2006 — and from that point on, Konnech was financed, developed, and controlled by the CCP.

Eugene Yu was arrested in 2022.

The deputy prosecutor who built the case, Eric Neff, filed a legal claim stating DA George Gascón dropped it for one reason: he thought the arrest helped you politically.

Neff called it potentially "the largest breach of election data in American history."

Last night, you used almost those exact words describing what China did.

After charges were dropped, forensic experts Nate Cain and Harry Haury — who imaged Konnech's devices for the LA DA — signed sworn affidavits confirming U.S. election worker data — Social Security numbers, bank accounts, voting machine passwords — was stored on servers in China.

Former Konnech employee Grant Bradley separately swore that roughly 100 Chinese nationals developed Konnech's software in China — and that he was fired for refusing to lie to clients about it.

The former General Manager of Konnech Australia, Peter McCallister, signed a sworn affidavit stating all software was developed in China by https://t.co/baUz3Kn9wb — owned by Eugene Yu's own brother, Lin Yu — and that Eugene's nephew, Jun Yu, personally deposited the American election data onto the server in China.

McCallister also testified that Hongzheng Tech was "the main provider of election software for the CCP."

On April 14, 2016, Hongzheng Tech bragged on Weibo about running election software for China's National People's Congress, Detroit, St. Louis, and Washington D.C. — simultaneously.

The DCSA verified this as a national security threat and forwarded its findings to the FBI.

The FBI under Biden and Wray declined to investigate.

Even worse: at his bond hearing, Eugene Yu's own lawyer revealed the FBI had contacted Yu before his arrest — not to investigate him, but to help keep Konnech in business.

Mr. President, you just proved the intel agencies buried CCP election interference.

Konnech is the case they buried that already has an arrest, sworn witnesses, and preserved forensics.

So why are we allowing the CCP to control U.S. election software today?

You've asked ODNI, DOJ, FBI, and CIA to investigate the cover-up.

Konnech should be first on the list.

If I correctly understand our system of government, when a president or leader in the Congress gets into office, someone in the CIA pulls them aside for "the talk" and completely changes their priorities.

The public is then told the leaders now have secret knowledge the public can never know.

But the leader has no way of knowing the "secret" information is true and in context.

That puts the secret-keepers in firm control of the government's big decisions. If the secret-keepers agree with a government policy, they stay out of it. If they disagree with a policy, they say the UFOs will attack -- or some other unverifiable thing -- and by the way, we have recordings of every phone call you ever made, and scare the leaders into compliance.

They started out with the bogus narrative that five police officers were killed at the Capitol on January 6th, 2021. Merrick Garland even held a moment of silence for the "five officers who lost their lives" during the riot.

Slowly that's morphed into one officer died after the riot from natural causes and four committed suicide from the trauma. That's still not the truth.

What Tapper doesn't tell you in this video is that two of the four officers who took their own lives were not even at the Capitol during the actual riot. They showed up that evening to secure the area after all of the rioters had been removed. Tragically, they both killed themselves about six months later but to blame it on the trauma of "insurrection" (which is exactly what Tapper is doing in this video) is just another reason why nobody trusts this guy.

So what happens when a federal judge lies in his own memorandum opinion?

This is from Judge Crenshaw's order dismissing criminal indictment against Kilmar Abrego for vindictive/selective prosecution.

Crenshaw repeatedly insists the "government" closed the 2022 TN traffic stop investigation into Abrego--that is false. According to Crenshaw's own timeline, HSI Baltimore had opened an investigation into the traffic stop in Dec 2022. There is no indication that case was ever investigated or closed.

Further, as DOJ noted in its response to Abrego's motion, the matter was never referred to the US Attorney's office.

Crenshaw's misrepresentations constitute the basis of his argument Abrego was unfairly targeted by DOJ after he sued over his immigration status.
