@therealadam@AnnieDuke And I’m surprised (not really surprised) at how often my mitigation during any pre-mortem is “there should be snacks”…so I would recommend that if you can’t rinse and repeat…at least bring snacks.
@therealadam I like the practice of pre-mortem from @AnnieDuke in the situations like these where you have the time to prep. Obviously good for work and projects…but I’ve even found for tough conversations a quick “Let’s imagine this conversation went totally wrong…why?” as super helpful.

@chadfowler It is unlikely help you today, but I built something like this a while back and implemented it as a Chrome extension. Both have enough entropy to make one of those images you see on code entropy look pristine.
