@leachfortexas@HicklandHillary@pfisd Is that really what we call celebrating these days? That’s a bit hyperbolic, don’t you think? Are Americans no longer free to object to the political canonization of someone they disagreed with on the issues? She was pretty careful, I thought, to say she doesn’t condone violence
Because our constitution doesn’t give the president unlimited power. He’s not a dictator (at least, he’s not supposed to be). And he keeps doing things he’s not legally allowed to do. That’s why the courts keep having to step in. It’s called checks and balances. When you have a president that constantly violates the law, you’re going to have constant pushback from the courts…because that’s their job.
“I talk to a dad, and . . . I have this grown-ass man on the other end of the line crying because they don’t know what to do, and they feel like complete failures, and they can’t take care of their families. That one gets me every time.” https://t.co/bifFN70m0v
While you were focused on vouchers, the GOP tried to sneak in a bill that would strip away YOUR renter's rights. Full discussion with @DallasEAC: https://t.co/ZEHSjsrfM9

Okay #Republicans. We’ve been saying he’s a threat to #democracy. How else are we supposed to interpret this comment but exactly that? "You won’t have to do it anymore. Four more years, you know what? It’ll be fixed, it’ll be fine. You won’t have to vote anymore, my beautiful #Christians,"
@horseshoetrl Agree. But my intent wasn’t to argue that my statement was true. It was simply to establish that I hate this man. But I hate that he was shot more than that.
There's only one place elections should be decided. The ballot box. Period. I dislike Trump immensely. I even think he's a threat to democracy itself. But this is not the way. We cannot protect democracy through undemocratic means. To attempt to do so is an assassination of democracy itself.
