@British_Airways So I've logged in on your Android app and it's not returning any results for reward flights. I have a Companion Voucher/Avios I'm trying to use and booking flights with either is not possible either on your website or app. This is now 10 days it's been down
@LNER can someone from WiFi support please call me, I've rang and emailed but it seems that no one answers the phone or responds to voicemails. It was the same when I was travelling on this line last week too.
