@TNLUK Per the App, I have no current tickets. When I see my ticket for tomorrow's draw it shows that it is not a winning ticket. So much for it being a lottery! Rather than waste money on screwing up a working app, why not give the money you paid to useless developers to charity?

@McDonaldsUK London Highway(Robbery) (via @Deliveroo who were v. fast) Cold chips, tepid burger and a cold pie with this label for a 6.33pm order. It also said "Caution HOT!" Website should say restaurant doesn't serve hot or fresh food. Also add labels saying "Cold & Expired"

@Hyperoptic Now looks look @hyperoptic support have just given up. Asked me to msg directly last week (see above). I exchanged messages until Wednesday. They stopped comms and ignored my further messages. I asked today what happened and they start with. "Hey, how can we help?"

@Hyperoptic Since moving to the "Total Wifi" service a few weeks back, the service is intermittent. Last 3 days poor & currently no Internet. I tried to submit details of the issue via your website (using Vodafone), but your website is unresponsive. London E1.

Hi @British_Airways. Any idea when your website will allow me to log in. 2 weeks, 3 different computers & the "phone app". The reset password link option times out after 30 secs & also locks my account arbitrarily.
Would be great if you spent a little on IT that matters. Tx
