@British_Airways at their finest. It was more than their job was worth to help us. I regularly fly but I have been put off by their lack of care, and will not be using them again :(
US Customs took a laptop from my wife's luggage. She bought in the UK and went to the US. On the way out they removed it from her luggage, I assume they thought it was due some unpaid taxes. Is there a way to get the laptop back or is it gone? #USAcustoms

@paulhaworth @StormHour I hope so, I still have never seen aurora and hoped to do so when I was in Norway and Canada but still eluded me. It is hiding whenever I am around :-(
