@Rackspace In the past week there have been no updates on the Rackspace status page. I only have 2 of my 50 Exchange .pst files available. So frustrating! Can we get an update telling us what % of pst have been distributed? Or ETA as to when the last one is scheduled to be completed?

@KelleeKal@Rackspace What is everyone doing about Rackspace invoices? Paying? I don't want services shut off for nonpayment; but, I hardly feel it is fair to pay for accounts that we migrated while we wait to get access to our old emails. I don't want to cancel those because we need the old emails.
@Rackspace No forwarding, no replies to open tickets, no chat, no calls answered, and now the status page is no longer being updated every 12 hours. We have 104 customers on rackspace with nearly 2000 email accounts. We have started the painful process of migrating everyone.
@JoeyUnger@Rackspace That has not been my experience. I let it spin for about 3 minutes and then canceled....no new email account. How long did you let it spin before canceling?
@benn683@Rackspace Can't reach support via phone, chat is turned off, and tickets cannot be looked at/responded to because it is down as well. O365 setup gives an error. None of the recommendations rackspace is suggesting are working.
@Rackspace Is anyone able to create new rackspace email accounts during this? I am getting a timeout error. I'm trying to setup a new IMAP accounts - but, it does not work (just spins and spins)
@Rackspace What exactly is “the issue”. Please be more transparent. We know that service is impacted-what we want to know is what happened and what type of eta there is for it to be resolved.
