@NHSEngland @KettGeneral @NHSTransform after suffering a severe heart attack 12 months ago resulting in cardiac arrest I am still waiting for MRI at @KettGeneral further surgery may still be needed, consultant can't tell without scan. Can anyone else help with scan? Please.

It’s ok though….. you get a voucher( never comes) and 6 months later you still have big hole in roof. Manager been involved for over a month…… still a hole in roof, another mattress ruined, carpet still being soaked.

@PinnacleSF @mod_dio @RoyalAirForce After promising my son the roof would finally be fixed in our Service accommodation today, I had to explain it wouldn’t. It has been leaking since April. I have had numerous people from Pinnacle promise me it will get sorted.
