Fairbanks Winter Solstice Festival kicks off 9 Dec with a Bazaar at Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center.
The Winter Lights Walk runs from the 9th to the 17th with voting on the 17th from 4 to 7:30 at Morris Thompson CVC.
