#brittanyferries have simply THE WORST customer experience possible. I booked a pet cabin over a year ago. On Friday 27th June they emailed me to take final payment; on Sunday 29th June they emailed me to say they have CANCELLED my booking as they could not collect payment !

@SimonCalder @wizzair so someone called me from Wizz air saying the only way was to give me a refund and then book directly with the website again - apparently the problem is happening with lots of people - not sure if the person who contacted me was a scammer or not ?

Do @wizzair actually care about customers - the guy at customer services was so incredibly rude it was unbelievable and he put down the phone on me after I had waited 20 minutes in a queue

@SimonCalder @wizzair Help ! Wizz air must be the worst airline in the world. Impossible to login to their system and check in. Customer services refuse to help ! Confirmation emails take 24 hours to arrive (by which time they no longer work as they are only valid for 3 hours)

I suspect it is because the flight was booked via Expedia and the airline refuse to help

Anything @SimonCalder can do to help here - I fly almost every week - but never experienced a problem like this !!

@RyanairPress @Ryanair Ryanair still trying to say it’s my fault because my passport was not valid - well we know it is valid. Flight booked for tmrw morning with @easyJet. Ryanair are absolutely awful - avoid at all costs

@SimonCalder ryanair just refused my travel to Spain whilst trying to board - my passport was issued on 11 dec 2013 and valid until 11 July 2024. My return flight was 10th December 2023 - how can they do this when my passport is valid

@SimonCalder Yes - I totally agree with you I have a valid passport - but they just refused to let me board !! How do we force airlines to use the correct rules and how do the public get any compensation when they ruin travel plans ?
