I have substantial evidence of rampant systemic violations of state and federal election continuing in EVERY federal election in Georgia since 2020 and currently happening now in Georgia. The State Election Board and the Secretary of State have deliberately and willful withheld from public view for years. We have made reports directly to Deputy Chief at the Atlanta FBI Office and the Deputy US Attorney at the Atlanta Office with no responses for more than a year. We have been to the Governor’s office with our binder full of evidence and news stations. We have made the Lt. Governor aware and nothing has happened.

The election secret in Georgia is the biggest they are keeping and I have been falsely jailed and maliciously prosecuted for three years trying to out their secret.

I have an active Federal Civil Rights suit against our County Commissioners, their law firm, and the Police Chief for conspiring against my rights under the color of law for my knowledge and evidence of their big election secret.

Our Georgia Constitution REQUIRES that elections shall be in accordance with procedures provided by law. And in NO Federal election since 2020 have any procedures been conducted by procedures provided by law.

It appears We the People have usurped by those we thought we elected with no way to fix our problems through elections.

Do we live in tyranny with constitutional control remaining?

Is there ANY PUBLIC SERVANT ANYWHERE that cares?

Or is the entire political class quietly become our overlord and rulers now and We the People as their tax serfs?

The video is on the Floyd County Ga Government Website on the 1/10/23 County Commissioner Meeting website. It all happens in the first 10 minutes of the video. It shows the entire event including being forced out of the meeting by three police. I also have videos from being handcuffed in the hallway and in a jail cell for 3 hours.

I can prove not only the 2020 Election, the 2021 Federal Runoff, the 2022 General Election, the 2022 Federal Runoff and the 2024 General were in serious and significant contraventions of Georgia Election Law rendering them unconstitutional under Article II, Section I, Parapraph I, under the Georgia Constitution. I will be proving it beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law soon.

@WarRoomGeorgia @realColtonMoore We filed a Federal Class Action Lawsuit against Speaker Burn for his unconstitutional actions against our State Senator Colton Moore. It’s been sitting in court with no action since February. I wonder why? Are the Federal Courts as corrupt as the State Courts are?

I noticed that too… but I guess he did authorize operation warp speed… so there is that. It would seem to be a national security risk to inject him with experimental gene therapy with a dismal safety profile while he is already in excellent health. I would even call it reckless. But that’s me - what do I know.

@USAttyHabba Ms. Habba- I don't know who's doing it, but the President's mandate as it relates to elections- both past and future- is NOT being realized. U.S. Congresspeople in both AZ and GA have formally requested investigations (@AbrahamHamadeh and @mtgreenee ). The Georgia State Election Board has also requested the aid of the DOJ.

Seriously- I'm sure it's just a fluke that Brad Raffensperger outperformed polling by 15 points 🙄 when no one likes Brad (He's the D student who cheats with a 105). Perhaps it was just a fluke that thousands voted for President Trump and Fani Willis 😳(No she wasn't the only candidate). There are alot of fluking flukes, glitches, and of course- instances of "human error" in Georgia and Arizona- in addition to the evidence.

I know- there's a stigma and no one wants to touch 2020 like it's the 3rd rail. STOP being taken hostage by the left (and some of the right). It's weak and cowardly. Investigate- let the facts dictate the path- not politics or lawfare. Elections are an accounting exercise- not a religion, and 2020 was analogous to Enron.

The evidence is established. The President @realDonaldTrump wants it done, lawmakers want it done, and the people in both states view it as the only hope to escape pervasive and systemic corruption- so they want it done. It's not getting done, Alina. So instead of telling us who isn't the blocker- tell us who is. We want results- not excuses.
Make no mistake- we HAVA problem- and it persists. Anyone who tells you differently is lying or they don't understand what's happening. Please hurry. Instead of running for the border, Brad Raffensperger is running for Governor, Gabe [not so] Sterling is running for Secretary of State, and they have every intention of using QR coded ballots in 2026.

@RepMTG What about investigating your own home county? Floyd County GA - where they threw a citizen in prison for trying to raise these issues. Where a citizen spent 2 1/2 hours showing your staff evidence of all of the election law violations in Floyd County - right where you live!!

The comments on this post are interesting. I wonder if the majority on here commenting against Trump understand that ownership interest in Intel was a conversion of US Grants made to Intel during the BIDEN administration?

Rather than just give Intel our tax money money for nothing like the Biden Administration did, the government simply converted the grants to equity. Intel knew this was a possibility when they signed to accept the US grants. If Intel thought that was a bad idea, they would not have accepted the US Grants.

Oh - and I wonder if all the nay sayers on this post know that the the converted grants are NON-VOTING, meaning that the US cannot vote for board seats or force the company to do anything.

The United States of American (We the People) now have a significant equity stake in a company just like Berkshire Hathaway, Jeff Bezos or Bill Gates have in similar companies. Except in this case, the Government has NON-VOTING shares.

So this move is all about the government getting equity back for using our tax dollars to help Intel out. Something the Biden Administration chose NOT to do, but could have.

One last thing - the government made an instant GAIN of $1.8 BILLION for exercising this pre-arranged agreement. I think that is technically called a “return” for those invest regularly.

Grant money has no return on investment.

So the real story sounds much different than what is being lamented and portrayed in the replies on this post.

The American people are WAY smarter than you might think now.

And by the way - this move should greatly discourage ANY US Company from ever accepting government grant money! If you do - you may live to regret it. Lesson learned. Long live capitalism!

🚨 Georgia officials are openly violating the Constitution! 🚨

In November 2024, Mark Swanson filed a federal lawsuit against Floyd County officials—including Police Chief Mark Wallace, County Attorney Virginia Harman, and Commissioners Allison Watters, Larry Maxey, Wright Bagby, Rhonda Wallace & Scotty Hancock—for false arrest and suppressing his right to speak about 2020 election irregularities.

Swanson was arrested at a county meeting on January 10, 2023, for going beyond a 3-minute speech limit, an arrest he argues was planned beforehand. Worse, Police Chief Mark Wallace who allegedly has family ties to Commissioner Rhonda Wallace, agreed to make the arrest without probable cause, charging Swanson under an unconstitutional statute (O.C.G.A. § 16-11-34).

First Amendment. Fourth Amendment. Fourteenth Amendment. Abuse of power. Conflict of interest.

Public offices belong to the people not to powerful family connections!

I can prove via emails that the Georgia Secretary of State appears to have committed felony violations of the Open Records Act. 27,000 felony violations to more precise. I have all the receipts to prove it - but who can I give it all to where something will be done about it? State AG - tried that. The Governor - tried that too…. Nothing.

Maybe I should go to the FBI and Kash Patel now?
