@TaylorTwellman Donโt the rules specifically say situations like this are not a handball? Beyond that, why anyone would think a team deserves an 80% chance at goal for something like this, Iโll never understand.
@FIFABrit@karthikadhaigal I wouldnโt give it any oxygen. We live in a world where most people seem to think that scoring points and trying to rob other people of joy is a funny and appropriate thing to do because itโs the only way they can get engagement.
@yitong@Stammy Honestly, the production of assets was never the fun, interesting part anyways. Every tool and facsimile that preceded todayโs moment was an abstraction layer between our brains and the final product. Collapsing that abstraction is an amazing opportunity.
@YankeeGunner I mean I get the anxiety, but I honestly canโt think of another fanbase that this consistently wants to blow shit up when itโs close but not getting over the hump โ maybe the NY Yankees in baseball? And in that case, their primary competition is ALSO a financial monster. Weird.
@MaxRadwan@timstillman_ Is that a reasonable explanation for why our there was so much uncharacteristic misjudgement of balls in the air yesterday? It was striking how poor White, in particularly looked any time the ball bounced or was in the air.
Hey @FlyFrontier , any reason why you couldnโt coordinate better with @BWI_Airport? They told everyone to get here 4 hours early, and your staff seeming canโt be bothered to accept bags at bag drop.
@soleio You nailed it. The act of designing product isnโt going away, but the traditional โdesignerโ function sure as hell probably is. Youโre a member of technical staff now. Close the gaps you have, and lean into the strengths youโve always had: see the future, help the business win.
Thatโs an absurd decision. It was obvious and clear that the ball wasnโt touched. Thatโs terrible. These are adult men that donโt understand how physics works.
