@dresserman I love the reaction from the bench for the fourth when they realise it’s Henderson’s first goal! They’re all up and running to him! Wonderful to see!
@chrisigweintl No, just finishing season 1. Been a lovely show. Good acting and storey line, but it’s the street shots around Paris that just reminded me of how long it’s been since I was there. You end up taking it for granted but it some of the most breathtaking architecture in the world!
So clearly my parenting skills are lacking. Reading my sons school book featuring a market. My son pipes up…. Moneysupermaaarket! Where does he even see those adverts! #badparent
@SteveLeggUK @richardosman Genuinely enjoyed this book. Wasn’t expecting too, after the first chapter, (OAP’s not my usual topic for fiction) but it drew me in superbly.
@MrMarci@DeMelloRetail Fittings were a big driver. For men especially, body shapes may have changed over lockdown and they want a sense for what size they are. The rest of the sentiment was it was just good to get out and feel normal.
@antonyslumbers@Sephora I believe it’s because Department Stores are too strong. Plus, with a Boots on every high street makes it difficult for licensing.
@DoctorTommmy I usually use alternative language but slow coach is perfectly acceptable. I always get stuck behind a slow red Kia on the school run... maddening!
@kientan74@louise_eccles@ST_Business If only there was a men’s shirt company, that specialises in smart classic shirts designed to be smart enough for work but casual enough for zoom calls and WFH.... #untuckit
