@PaulRBerg Pretty much already possible, or even writing a small tool for you from scratch. I’ve done this twice now, one was a custom blood lab dashboard and the other was a custom Spanish flash card trainer app. For Github you could use ‘Refined Github’ as a starting point.

Biggest misconception about longevity is that you are wasting time by not enjoying life. All the protocols that actually move the needle (mostly exercise) might initially suck but then you start to enjoy them and even more so how much better your life in the here and now becomes.

Pursuing longevity forces you to spend all your time engaged in boring and inhuman practices thereby wasting the very thing you're extending, and that's so poetic and beautiful to me.
