@JasonHannaman@chris_stritzel I’m leaning towards being a squeaky wheel on this project and start demanding that Rainbow improvements happen. I’ve lived in WW Hills for two years fwiw, so don’t have a ton of background on Rainbow traffic stud analysis history or political activism on this stuff
@JasonHannaman@chris_stritzel I understand what you guys are saying about Rainbow calming being disconnected from the development, but I guess I’m hesitant to give carte blanche approval for a massive project that will make my walk to my son’s grade school even more chaotic (he’s in kindergarten fwiw)
@chris_stritzel Until Rainbow is sorted out, I don’t see this project as so awesome or black/white as you do. There have been multiple traffic studies including the 2023 MARC one over the past decade with no results. I’m forming the opinion that the development should be contingent on calming
