Why would editing a comment mean I randomly want to update the default style in my document? It wouldn't! That's why!

@wyattearp1962 @ctvsaskatoon It's another service provided by the city. Services cost money.
It's also going to help delay needing to spend $100M+ on a new landfill by a few decades (and extend that one's life when we do get it).

For everyone else: Their answer was that unless you store the bins/lids stacked with other bins/lids for months the problem shouldn't reoccur.

@ValPMB @jliska @Jughead77426506 @ApricotTreeCaf1 If you fall over and hit your head? Maybe. The CSA testing doesn't really simulate crashes accurately. If you get clocked by an F-150 at 60k/h? Probably not.
Also, helmets actually encourage drivers to pass more dangerously. So they arguably make you less safe on the road.

I've cycled at night on a dirt path without lights (just moonlight) without problem.
Personally, I don't ride without lights on the road. But you shouldn't shame the cyclist because drivers can't be arsed to pay attention.
