@Uber cancelled a trip because the driver cancelled. Was booked for another trip at almost 4 times the rate…tell me why you charged me? Why did the rate go from almost $10 to $35? I cancelled on my app. Show me the driver got my Picture in their vehicle and I will pay.
@Uber is there an escalation process that is efficient, paid for a gift card and it is not showing up. I don’t have 6-13 hours to wait for your team to decide whether I should get my gift card.
