@NickT04 Make sure you have measurements too. They have to already know about it and not have repaired it in an adequate time scale for them to be liable. They will also refuse to pay but if you have proof it meets the criteria, then issuing Small claims gets them to reconsider.

@AerLingus I hope your flights are better than your websites and app. Can’t access boarding card on the website or mobile website. Had to download the app and then get an error if you try and add them to Apple wallet. Useless.
