Most are better off NOT doing longer VO2max reps.

Most are better doing short intervals with short recovery at a controlled pace

Instead of 4x 3min @ 5k w/ 2min rest
Do sets of 8x 30sec w/ 45sec rest @ 5k-3k effort

It's confirmed that Mosquito Ridge Rd will not be open for race day as the damage from the fire and rain is too severe. Thus, no crew access to Duncan Canyon or Dusty Corners this year. It is expected to be repaired in 2023 just not in time for our race.
