Honoured to feature Phyllis Webstad reading her original "The Orange Shirt Story" for episode 89 of my kids & family podcast. Thank you, Phyllis and Medicine Wheel Publishing for the power of this story to remind us that EVERY CHILD MATTERS 🧡 https://t.co/a0xY9uuqHU

OCTOBER OCTOBER X IN DARKLING WOOD
Ayla never knew her family had so many secrets. A glowing knife, enchanted map & mysterious codes lead her to the faeries of a Scottish forest where she must discover who she really is before an evil troll destroys it all. #SFFpit #MG #FA

@HoneycombHermit Intrigued! "A little obsessed with teeth" made me laugh.

@AngelleTerrell Great twitter pitch. Clear concept. High stakes. I do not want Aster's magic to get taken away. What will happen?

[Marlene Wurfel @marlenewurfel]

@RenslowJessica ♥️ this pitch!

[Marlene Wurfel @marlenewurfel]

@RenslowJessica ♥️ how you use moodboard + Twitter community. This manuscript sounds like it has it all.

@SCBWICanadaWest The Princess Bride still inspires me. I just re-read the scene where Inigo Montoya gets revenge on the six-fingered man and it was so well written I just had to cry a little.

[Marlene Wurfel @marlenewurfel]
