Ще кілька тижнів тому окупанти роздавали російські паспорти у Куп’янську, але тепер російський прапор тут валяється на землі. Поруч зі звільненим містом і досі працює ворожа артилерія. Внаслідок обстрілів місцеві жителі втратили спочатку електроенергію, потім воду і газ.
